Porsche Club of the Philippines - Manila

It was in late 1991 when three friends, Porsche 911 owners, decided to get together on Sunday mornings to drive their Porsches and have breakfast. The usual route was down the South Super Highway to Canlubang or Puerto Azul and back to the Manila Polo Club.Tony Alunan (’74 Carrera), Toto Cruz (’73 911S) and Gabby Valdes (’76 Targa) were soon joined by many other Porsche owners in these spirited Sunday runs followed by Porsche talk over breakfast. Among the original group were Pablum Lobregat, Wahoo Guerrero, Ramon Pastor, Tony Sison, Dodie Gonzalez(+), Jesse Ignacio, Henry Dee, Ferdie Raquel Santos, Bumbo Guerrero, and others.
