Last May, after the success of the 3rd Philippine StarBall, we once again embarked on preparations for the 4th one. Our goals remained the same – to be able to give the Filipino audience a chance to watch the best ballroom dancers in the world and to give the Filipino dancers an opportunity to participate in a first class Manila competition and dance alongside the very best.
