Lucia "Ciay" Misa moved to Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 1978 and started an import company with her mother as her supplier and partner. The business was a success, and expanded nationwide. Between handling her business and bringing up her two children, Lucia only had time to study and practice yoga. In the nineties, she started conducting workshops in the Philippines, during her annual business trips.
