PDNC started its operation by selling computer hardware and rendering services such as computer repair and assembly. It sold its first computer hardware when it was renting office space at Agapita Complex, a small commercial facility in Los Baños in 2003.In its early years, PDNC served institutions such as the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB), Colegio de Los Baños (CDLB), Divine Word College-Mindoro (DWCM) and electronics giant NEC Philippines. It also accommodated individual clients during that time.
