Simpex Machineries Inc. was organized in 1985 to consolidate the business and trading interests of three companies - an engineering and trading company, a computer service company and management consultancy firm. Thus, Simpex inherited and continued to build on the clientele, experience and key technical and operating personnel of the three companies which were consolidated while infusing fresh talents and resources in the organization.
