Corporate Beginning…

ISSI Information Technologies, Inc. (ISSI Tech) was established in early 2006 by its main stockholder, Information and Support Solutions Inc. to concentrate on the booming business of corporate computer rentals that would cater to the needs of Hotels, Seminar Venues, other Event Rentals such as Tradeshows, Conventions, Product Launches, Exhibitor Rentals, etc. Later this year, ISSI Information Technologies, Inc. takes over the business activity of (ISSI) Information and Support Solutions, Inc., to strengthen its corporate standing and better service to the clients. Technical Support

ISSI Tech Technical Team is composed of hardware and software engineers. These people are technically capable in supporting all aspects of system faults. A fault escalation system is always followed to achieve the shortest possible downtime. Continuous updates in technology are achieved through regular training and experience sharing among the people of engineering and marketing. The marketing department is tasked with the duty of informing their clients on new products and technology that continue to evolve in the computer world through letter-updates, demos, and seminars. It is the company’s mission to continually improve the quality of service to the clients.

ISSI Tech provides continuous, reliable support to both prospective and current customers. Unfailing support is always available through our Sales and Technical Teams. Our customer service staff is standing by to assist you. At first, the reported problem shall be fixed through telephone instructions. However, if the problem persists, a technical staff shall be sent to perform the repair on-site or pullout the unit as the case may be.
