• This is a business-to-business sales position that primarily focuses on the sale of U.S. Federal and State Labor Law Posters.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates and entry level are accepted.
• Must have effective interpersonal, communication, networking, and closing skills with a proven record on data quality and accuracy.
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must have excellent listening skills
• Must have a good command of the English language both written and spoken.
• Must be comfortable working in the night shift

• Monitor and assess live calls to ensure that quality standards are met and are in accordance with policies and procedures set by the business unit
• Complete the standard quality monitoring form to be handed out to operations for agent coaching
• Facilitate call calibrations weekly following the standard steps provided by the center
• Coordinate with training to provide feedback on quality issues
• Help Team Leaders conduct coaching sessions
• Check records for data entry errors
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Quality Leader

Qualifications

• Understanding of US/UK/CA business culture is preferred
• Previous QA experience in other call centers is preferred
• Knowledge of sales and customer service processes
• Must be a good listener and have excellent comprehension skills
• Ability to function in a rapidly changing and evolving work environment

The Finance Manager position is responsible for being a key member of the management leadership team in our Manila, Philippines captive service center which consists of approximately 450 agents who perform a variety of services for internal stakeholders around the globe. The position is also responsible for leading the local finance team. We require an experienced manager with strong leadership and process improvement capabilities. The critical responsibilities are site finance administration, budget/forecasts and reporting, statutory compliance (BOI, PEZA and BIR), people management, tax compliance, site financial planning and analysis, internal control and financial operations.

Minimum requirements
College graduate, degree in Business or commerce, Must be a CPA or equivalent

Experience: Over eight (8) years experience in financial analysis and payroll work.
