HG&S Consultancy, Inc. pursued the acquisition of the Bataan Thermal Plant or BTPP located in Limay, Bataan after a series of failed bidding with the Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. (PSALM).

The Provincial Government of Bataan filed a Temporary Environmental Protection Order (TEPO) at the Regional Trial Court of Region 3 to stop any activity by any individual or entity inside BTPP to avoid further spread of toxic waste like PCB, Asbestos and other hazardous waste found inside the said Power Plant and requiring any individual or entity interested to undertake any form of activity to effect any movements of any parts of the Power Plant to deposit to the RTC R-3 Php 140M cash bond to ensure proper disposal and treatment of toxic waste inside the Power Plant after

HG&S Consultancy, Inc.has submitted its treatment plan to the Governor's office and is just waiting for its approval after a hearing with the RTC on toxic waste treatment procedures to be held September 17, 2012.

With the Contract to Sell executed by HG&S Consultancy, Inc. with the 6000 workers of the defunct Nuclear Power Plant, in consideration of the full amount required by the workers represented by their lawyer Atty. Carmelita Eleazar, the Bataan Thermal Power Plant is sold to HG&S Consultancy, Inc. making the company the Plant's structures new owner.
