Serco Mining and Trading Corporation is a Philippine mining company with operations in Itogon, Benguet Province, one of the country’s major gold producing regions. The company is also engaged in the trading of various equipment, instruments, and products.

Serco holds the contract as the exclusive industrial partner of Loacan Itogon Pocket Miners Association (LIPMA), the region’s largest small-scale gold mining association duly authorized by the Provincial Mining Regulatory Board of Benguet to operate a Minahang Bayan (“People’s Mine”) . As such, Serco’s mandate is to provide infrastructure, technology, and services that will improve the association’s operations and output.
