Imagic Productions was established in 1997 and since then has been providing development communication services through video documentaries and advocative videos to the non-government (NGO) community and agencies of the Philippine government, whose voices are sometimes left unheard because of their inability to access channels of information.

It was a dream transformed into reality by its founder, Judy Rosario Dino, whose years of experience as a writer and director gave her the inspiration to venture out and explore the vast world of development through what she now calls development arts. Her primary medium of bringing the message across is through videos.
