The Red Crab - Head Office - Makati City, Philippines

Had a great time great food went in for lunch time.Everything went great until I asked for the check and showed that I had coupons stating if you spend $30.00 or more you get $5.00 off of your meal and if you spend $60.00 or more you $10.00 off of your meal.My check cane out to $73.00.The owner came over and said you can not use the coupons because you came in for the LUNCH Menu. But no where on the coupons does it state that.So why put COUPONS in the local magazine but you can't USE them.Once I paid for check the waitress and the owner made me feel uneasy about ever going back to this restaurant ever again

I just placed an order at the Red Crab in Rockville Centre NY ******** , 292-294 Sunrise Highway. It was a 6 piece buffalo wings, Cajun fries, and a Shirley temple. The food was terrible. The wings that I received were extremely cold and soggy , and were not fresh at all. They tasted expired. The Shirley temple had so much sprite that I could barely taste the sweet red syrup. The French fries were very soggy, dry, and cold. I am highly disgusted and disappointed with the service and the food that I ordered.
