Hangeul Excellence Language Tutorial Center (HELTC) was established in 2011, formerly known as Innerlight Training Center that was founded by Mr. Socrates G. Umali and Mrs. Wilhelmina T. Umali. For Mr. and Mrs. Umali, HELTC is not just a business, it is a ministry for the Lord which provides Korean language training to give help and opportunities for the people who want to work in South Korea.
The business started out as a small establishment in the municipality of Magalang which is located in the province of Pampanga. Eventually, the company became one of the best Korean language centers in Pampanga
In the year 2012, the company's name was changed into Hanguko Excellence Language Tutorial Center and also started to provide Korean language training around Pampanga
The company was renamed Hangeul Excellence Language Tutorial Center in 2013 and is used until the present time.
Mission
Hangeul Excellence Language Tutorial Center aims to provide high quality Korean language trainings to help and give job opportunities for the people who aspire to work in South Korea.
The company’s purpose is to be the stepping stone towards the people's journey to success through learning the Korean language.
HELTC makes sure that the people it helps will be able to speak fluently and understand basic Korean language which is a vital requirement of the Korean government and companies.
The company exists to be an inspiration for the Filipino people.

Our vision is to be one of the best and effective Korean language training schools nationwide which will provide help and assistance for the people to succeed in fulfilling their dreams and ambitions in life through the supervision of the Lord.
