Zucchini’s Grill & Vinotek was established in 1997 by Mr. Werner Berger ( of Santi’s Deli fame ) at the ground floor of the Trans-Orient Maritime Agency Building on #66 Timog Avenue, Quezon City. It had a simple facade with warm, relaxing interiors hidden behind an air of cool glass interiors. The menu at the time reflected a preference for simple Italian culinary classics.

In August of 2001, it was acquired by new owners and was re-launched now simply as Zucchini’s. In 2007, Zucchini's had transferred to it's current location at the Ground floor of the FSS Building at #20
