Driver arrived to deliver my order but since I was working I asked him if he could come back later in the afternoon since I will end work at around 1pm. He insisted since he was already at the gate so I had to leave my work real quick to be able to receive my order. I usually ask the drivers beforehand to bring change if my cash is 1k or higher but since my order was only Php 390.00, I assumed that he had change for Php 500.00 right? But no when he delivered to me he talked so slow and kept saying he doesn’t have any change on him. (Mind you some drivers do this so that they can keep the change and get it as a tip) I dont mind giving a tip especially for COD but what infuriated me was that he expected me to have exact change! So he asked me if its okay if he can go to a nearby store to get change. I said okay but I told him to hurry up cause I just left my work and I need to go back. He came back after 10 minutes! So I asked him if he was serious?! It took him 10 mins to come back despite there were a lot of stores nearby! He argued that he didnt have any change and i shouldve have prepared the exact amount for it to be convenient on his part as well? We argued back and forth and I told him to give me my change already and he threw it on my hand and all the coins fell down on the floor while speeded off onto his motorcycle. Now I complained with shopee customer service and to no avail they asked for a cctv footage of what happened?! Like i have a cctv lying around? Your driver was shit and you give me a list of things I should present to you? How about my blood pressure going up that day due to your rude, lazy driver? Customer service here wont do something about this? Well then I will reach out to your corporate office in singapore. Thanks for nothing.

they get me worth ₱8,000 pesos thru gcash for my order and get my account in shopee now i cannot login to shopee and my order not deliver to my house

Nakakasama lang ang loob sa totoo lang. Yung rider naningil ng 165 pesos overall pero ang item ko is 55 pesos only voucher applied kaya free shipping ako. Ang mali ko lang is hindi ko nadouble check yung bill sa shopee online. So ang mindset ko baka hindi na applied since april 15 pa yung voucher dahil kararating lang ng linggo (April 25) then babalikan ko sana si rider pero ang bilis nyang sumakay sa motor at bilis ng takbo na. Then kinompute ko bakit 165 ni isa di tugma sa compute ko kasi kahit singilin pa sya sa guard e wala pa sa 165 babayaran ko. Then the agent of shopee hinihingian ako ng proof e ni text or call ni rider kahit name wala ako maibigay dahil hindi nagpakilala si rider, text or tawag wala. Wala sakin problema if hindi mabalik yung pera peri hindi ko tinotolerate yang ganyang action. Kaya mindset ko pati rider scammer na din. So disappointed all of you. !

Your checkout procedure keeps changing, from DragonPay to creating a new comprehensive buyer profile. Add the fact that my one and only phone was delinked from my account without my consent or request. Also, your hotline has been busy for four days now.

Using ShopeePay for eloading business. Then one time nag error and requested a single purchase refund. Then someone screwup and refund a whole day purchase. Now they tag me as frau and no one can clear this stupid thing up. Chat support don't care either since they're lives' are not affected.

i am seller, i have to order id's concerned.. i have report it on january 2021,they said that those order id has been already returned to us,, they said that january 3 is the date received by our guard, but we have no guard and our office resume on january 4, and the other id they said that dec 29 2020 around 6pm is the date received also by our guard, but we have no guard and our office hour is 8 am to 5pm only from monday to saturday.. until now no solution of my concerned always shopee said that its already beyond 30 days , they can only take note that issue.. do you think there is no solution on that matter.

They will tell you they’ll refund you in 7 days but surprise they will never return your money. When you contact them their agents give you false info. Even their supervisors are liar/ Shopee is a scam. They take your money right away but if you ask for your money back they never send it back.
