Npaka tagal ng deliver pag dumating na sa taguig hub inaabot pa 1 month bgo madeliver ang masama pa ndi yta taga taguig ung mag ddeliver d mahanap ung lugar pag d nakontak ung buyer wla na 2nd chance na ma deliver ulet..balik na dun sa seller..ang vovomas better pa mag delete ung apps perwisyo lng sa buyer..

Very rude service attitude
Never listened to the customer's real ideas and opinions and responded perfunctorily to the customer's needs from 24-72 hours, and many days have passed now. Never gave me an answer.

Hi customer po ako ng shoppee and i buy from one of its advertising store na yellowhome.ph. i purchase an ANGLE GRINDER BRACKET STAND for php309.00 including delivery fee .. but what they sent was a totally different items... I received the package last week and i message the seller but not responding. Just ask for a photo/video and I haven't heard from them since. Please do some actions for this...

COURIER SERVICE ( PUT A CONTACT NUMBER OF RIDER ON THE TRACKING?!)
I ordered may item almost a month yet I still did not receive the item, and it appears to the tracking that the rider failed to deliver my item for so many reasons like, insufficient time, vehicle malfunctioned, can't make it, like what the heck? Can you do something on this SHOPPE?

I ordered an item sa Shopee nakakaloka antagal tagal na nung item sa Punyetang Hub na yan . Inabot na ng ilang araw . Nakaka dismaya . Taguig pa man din ako nakatira . Anong petsa na hindi pa rin dumarating item ko .

COINS VIOLATION KUNO
I have loyal to shopee eversince i installed the app last year.just last month,i reached the platinum tier and i have saved all the coins i have since i am planning to buy something of which i will use my coins.all of a sudden,ive been getting these notifs in my app about how i violated their review policy and stated that all coins i earned from all of those reviews have been removed from my account and the reviews were hidden as well. I immediately messaged their premium.live chat agents and they sent me an email stating the reasons why they had to remove the reviews and take back the coins: 1coins spamming and 2. Black/blank pictures and videos in the reviews. Which is very unfair for me. I have been doing my best to be a good buyer and establish a good standing in shopee but they seem to care less. I worked hard to earn my platinum tier. I never had any RTS but they never considered that.they always spam my app with useless notifs but they didnt even bothered to inform me about potential review policy violations.they never warned me.and i have seen so many reviews doing the same but none of them were removed or hidden.and worst, THEIR PREMIUM LIVE CHATS NAMELY ARJAY AND MARK LESTER WERE VERY RUDE.THEY JUST CLOSED THE CHAT ABRUPTLY.IS THIS WHAT YOUR PREMIUM LIVE CHAT HAS TO OFFER?

Rude Rider????
Nagtext na po ang rider na idedeliver na daw ang parcel ng 4pm.then ng pinagfollowup sabi natabunan na daw ang parcel kaya di nadeliver pero idedeliver na daw but till 8pm walang dumating na rider.ang masakit pa dito nakablock na mga numbers namin kaya di na namin siya macontact????????????

POOR SERVICE
isa po kaming seller sa SHOPEE APPS, at nagkaroonj po kami nag problema sa refund ng item, may umorder po kasi sa amin sa shope ng 16 sets ng speaker ,isang costumer lang po ito, nag chat po yung costumer namin sa shopee na nakuha na nya yung parcel at nag send sya ng picture , pero kinabukasan nag RETRUN TO SELLER na po yung item, nung bumalik po dito samin yung item ay TAMPERED na,iba na po ang laman, hindi po namin tinanggap dahil iba na nga po ang laman, nag email po kasi kay shopee agad agad para malaman po nila , nag send sila ng claim form sa amin na agad naman po naming sinagutan at pinasa kaso lang po isa lang ang binayaran nila out of 16 order's,at yung 15 decline na daw po, malaking halaga po ang nawawala samin dahil 137,584 po ang amount ng lahat ng item na iyon, pag nag reach out naman po kami sa ninjava since sila ang courier na nag deliver sinasabi po nila samin na kay shopee kami mag direct mag reklamo,hindi na po namin alam kung saan kami hihingi ng tulong, yung mga parcel po na tampered wala din naman po sa amin nasa warehouse ni shopee, actually itong costumer po na umorder nito nag order na rin sya samin dati ng 14 pcs naman ng tv , nawala naman po ito lahat sa system ni ninjavan, tingin ko meron po talagang sabwatan sa courier at delivery rider,san po ay matulungan ninyo kami na maibalik samin yung halaga po na nawala,salamat po
