In January of 2003, a group of 5 churches under the spiritual oversight of Pastors Richard and Ning Conte formed Victory Churches of Asia in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. In April of 2003 the Conte’s and a small church planting team moved to Fairview Q.C. in order to plant the VCA Fairview Church. VCA Fairview began on September 21, 2003 and has grown to over 2000 attendees. VCA now has 34 churches throughout the Philippines with Filipino missionaries in Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.
