COCO’s RESIDENCE is a single detached house, fully fenced, and well-gated that is located at a tranquil residential area that’s settled over what’s well known as the “City of Gentle People”. Surrounded by a calm and quiet neighbourhood, it is about 2.3kms or a 5-minute drive from downtown Dumaguete and a 30-minute drive from the famous diving spot(s) in Dauin. The residence is close to ACE Doctors Dumaguete, a newly built hospital which has recently open its doors to the public.

It has a spacious living room and an entertainment room where your can bond and relax together with your family and friends after a day’s hustle and bustle. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned and has built-in closets where you can keep your personal belongings during the entire duration of your stay. The kitchen is big and well-equipped, making it convenient to prepare your own meals. The dining area features an 8-seater dining table that is made of hard wood. It has its own 500 liters water tank so you’ll never run out of water during midnights. First aid kit, cold packs, and a fire extinguisher are all readily available for emergencies. An emergency light is also accessible in cases of power outage. Complimentary drinking water and cooking basics are also provided.

Sibulan Airport is only 1.5kms from the property while Dumaguete Seaport is 2kms away. Supermarket, pharmacies, and some eateries are within walking distance. Tricycles can be hired anytime of the day to bring you from point to point within the city. Car and motorbike rentals are also available for those who wants to explore nearby towns and cities. Shuttle service for airport / seaport transfer can also be arranged for an additional charge.

Negros Convention Center is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, while The Christmas House is only 1.8km far. The nearest airport is in Sibulan, about 3.5kms from the property and Dumaguete Seaport is at a good distance of 2.1kms away.

This is a single attached two-storey accommodation that offers a comfortable home holiday for travelers coming in a group of 10. For safety purposes, this apartment also provides an attached fire escape ladder that is connected to bedrooms 2 and 3, which would lead directly to the side gates of the entire property. A 500L water tank is set so that our guests will never run out of water even in the middle of the night. Taxis, Grab Cars, Jeepneys, and Motor Taxis (Angkas, Lalamove, and Maxim) can be hired to bring people from point to point around the city.
