ATC Securities - Philippines

ATC Securities, Inc. was officially established on December 13, 1978. On April 12, 1984, the amendment of the company’s Articles of Incorporation, which changed its name, was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). ATC Securities was created with the intention of engaging in the business of securities brokerage and dealing, and thus, holds a license to do so, issued by the SEC. Furthermore, ATC Securities is a Trading Participant in the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), and has a trading booth at the PSE's Makati City trading floor.
