AVIA LAND DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION CORP. is the construction arm of the First Solid Group. It started as a division of the First Solid Builders, Inc. engaging in such small-scaled projects as perimeter fencing and warehouse construction. With the entry of bigger projects, an independent company has to be established. It is now engaged in land development for residential (from low cost, mid income and high-end) and industrial land development, housing projects, warehouses, factory and office buildings, elevated water tank, concrete products and steel fabrication and erection.
