VERZATEK, INCORPORATED was officially organized on October 10, 1988 at the instance of its present president and general manager when the owners of its predecessor company, LANCER GENERAL BUILDERS, decided to discontinue its operations. The new organization took over the electrical contracting business of the defunct company and absorbed its key personnel, major tools, equipment and even most of its clientele. VERZATEK INC. therefore retained the more than twelve years experience in the installation and commissioning of electrical power, lighting, communications, process, control and instrumentation.
