Our respected client is seeking an information technology (IT) professional for the job of Scrum Master. The job is located in Ortigas, Pasig Philippines but offers a Hybrid work arrangement.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and efficient Java applications.
• Utilize Spring framework to build robust and maintainable software solutions.
• Implement Microservices architecture to enhance system modularity and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
• Continuously improve existing systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Java, Spring, and Microservices development.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Work Setup and Schedule:

• This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and from our office in Ortigas.
• The work schedule is dayshift, providing a work-life balance conducive to productivity and personal well-being.
