Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of BPO company. Our respected client is seeking for a Accounting Team Lead. This requires onsite reporting and office is located in Pasig.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for activities and operations in the accounts payable and expense reporting function for the organization
• Analyzes invoices and expense reports for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
• Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate financial records and control reports.
• Prepares accounts payable register and related reports in a timely manner
• Supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes
• Contributes to the development of processes and procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision

Key Qualifications

• 3- years related experience
• has expertise in both AR and AP
• has experience managing a team
• willing to work onsite in Pasig
