Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of collaborating with global or regional marketing teams in a multinational environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
• Expertise in digital marketing platforms and analytics to drive data-informed strategies.
