Our respective client is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team and redefine the digital marketing landscape. The job is in Taguig City, Philippines, and offers Hybrid (4x/week) working Arrangement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, utilizing various platforms including Meta, Google, and Hubspot, among others.
• Lead testing initiatives for advertisements and campaign strategies, with a focus on data-driven results and optimization.
• Take ownership of campaign structure and strategy, contributing innovative ideas and solutions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer journey and conversion pathways, integrating feedback and insights to refine marketing efforts.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in setting up and managing paid advertisements on digital platforms such as Meta, Google, and Hubspot.
• Strong strategic mindset with a focus on results and the ability to implement effective marketing solutions.
