Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious business school and research institution. Our esteemed client is seeking a skilled Multimedia Designer with expertise in storyboarding, graphic design, and video production. The position is based in Makati City, Philippines.

Job summary:

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for creating, designing, and executing various digital outputs such as video production, animation, graphic design, and other marketing materials needed by the institution.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Conceptualize (scriptwriting & storyboard) to execute (video production and post-production) video contents, e.g., corporate video, animation, ads, and other video content.
• Perform different tasks in graphic design, and other digital forms of media without delay, finesse, and cleanliness of work.
• Participate in brainstorming/ creative sessions to generate ideas and initiative to lead a project with a keen sense of camaraderie and teamwork.
• Being up to date with the latest trends in multimedia and social design, communication, and marketing and able to apply the current designs of the institution.
• Able to set goals and priorities, maximize productivity of projects, and very thorough with details in design.

Key job requirements include:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts/ Communication Arts/ Information Design, or post graduate degree in Arts and Design or other relevant field is an advantage.
• Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 year/s experience in video production, video and photo post-production, layout graphic design, and other multimedia related production. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
