Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading online advertising and technology company that helps advertisers achieve their performance and branding goals across digital media channels.
Key job responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and improve sales processes and workflows. Identify areas for optimization and propose solutions to streamline and enhance efficiency. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales processes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Sales Analytics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to generate reports and provide insights to sales management. Automate regular sales performance reports and dashboards to the sales team and senior management.
- CRM Management: Serve as the primary administrator for the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry, manage user access and permissions, and oversee data quality and integrity. Collaborate with the sales team to customize the CRM system to meet their needs and provide training and support to users.
- Sales Process Training and Onboarding: Develop and deliver sales process training programs for new hires and ongoing training for the sales team. Collaborate with sales management to ensure effective onboarding and ongoing skill development. Provide sales team members with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.
Key job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Operations Professional) are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
