Executive search firm, Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Luxury Furniture & Home product company. Our respected client seeks a Store Manager to manage daily store operations, ensure client satisfaction, and drive sales to meet monthly targets. This onsite role is based at the Alabang branch, operating on a 6-day workweek schedule.

The Store Manager will oversee all aspects of the store's daily operations, focusing on client satisfaction, team management, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

• Oversee retail store operations, including:
  • Staff management and team development
  • Store image, merchandising, and display standards
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies
• Drive sales by:
  • Building strong relationships with walk-in customers and existing client databases
  • Collaborating with interior designers to boost sales opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with mall health and safety regulations.

• Bachelor's degree
• With at least 2 years of experience in retail management, particularly in sales.
• Strong interpersonal and management skills, with proven ability to lead a team.
