Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a technology company. Our respected client is seeking for a Collections Manager who will build, train, and set up the whole system to be up and running well. This role has a hybrid work requirement in Taguig and will be reporting to the Country Head and SVP Collections.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of collections for our new Philippines business.
- Establish the collections department and build a dedicated team.
- Oversee the hiring and training of collections staff.
- Develop comprehensive Collections Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including country regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
- Implement collections strategies as they are introduced.
- Achieve monthly KPIs and collections targets consistently.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and other departments as needed.
- Provide weekly and monthly updates and reports to management.
- Integrate and adapt industry best practices to enhance operations.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in collections at a Managerial level, working in Multi-finance, Lending or banking businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, management, or any related course.
- Experience in handling and managing collections teams. Desk, Field & Agencies
- Adept at using Google sheets and Microsoft excel
- High integrity and sense of commitment and has a strong sense of ownership
