Job offer: Creative Services Lead

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational company for the role of Creative Services Lead. The role will lead the creative vision to align with brand identity and marketing goals, ensuring brand consistency across all assets, and managing a creative team. The role will handle 2 direct reports and will report directly to the Group Marketing Head based in Singapore. The role is based in Pasig City, 100% work onsite, Mondays to Fridays, dayshift.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns across various marketing channels, leveraging multimedia skills like graphic design, animation, and video production.
• requires effective storytelling to engage audiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate creative solutions, and staying current with industry trends for continuous innovation.
• strong project management skills to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Key Job Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a creative leadership role, ideally within an agency or the gaming/entertainment industry.
• Proven track record of leading and inspiring creative teams to achieve exceptional results.
• A compelling creative portfolio that demonstrates your vision, conceptual thinking, and execution across diverse mediums.
• Expertise in producing high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics content that captivates audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and present ideas.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
