Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading technology focused venture capital firm. Our respected client is seeking a Senior Python Developer. The job is based in BGC, Taguig City and offers an onsite work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web applications and integration services, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, providing efficient and practical solutions to avoid recurring problems.
• Optimize existing code to improve system performance and enhance scalability for future growth.
• Conduct code reviews and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to drive best practices within the team.
• Ensure all development adheres to established software processes and methodologies, maintaining high standards throughout.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging innovation and upskilling within the team.
• Effectively communicate project milestones, progress, and deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python and any combination of these technologies: Pyvista, VTK, Vedo, Trimesh, or expertise in React and Three.js.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into actionable development tasks and implement them efficiently.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, contributing to iterative and adaptive project management.
• Experience with version control tools such as GIT, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management across teams.
