Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a renowned healthcare technology company specializing in advanced digital tools and software for dental and healthcare solutions. Our respected client is currently seeking for a Senior Dental Computer-aided Design Engineer. This well-established company is based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines and currently offers a Hybrid work set up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design cutting-edge dental prosthetics-from intricate CAD frameworks to full contour crowns, bridges, implant abutments, veneers, and more-using advanced CADCAM software.
• Interpret doctors' prescriptions and lab preferences to deliver complex, long-span dental designs that push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Use state-of-the-art CAD tools to ensure every design meets the highest standards for anatomy, margins, color, occlusion, and client preferences.
• Liaise with clients, ensuring clear, precise communication that transforms their expectations into reality. You'll act as the vital bridge between our clients in Spain and our team in Manila.
• Ensure every design is flawless, accurate, and aligned with client specifications. You will uphold the highest quality at every stage of the process.
• Engage with clients daily, clarifying instructions, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless, exceptional experience for everyone involved.
• Work closely with our team in Manila, ensuring smooth execution of all designs and a constant flow of communication between global teams.
• Contribute to a culture of learning, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

• Deep experience in dental clinics or labs, with a strong focus on digital dental design.
• Experience with platforms like 3Shape, Exocad, Ceramill, Meshmixer, or equivalent software is a strong plus.
• You have a detailed understanding of dental anatomy, morphology, and cutting-edge dental design concepts.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you're able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines without missing a beat.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ensure you build strong relationships with both clients and global teams.
