Job offer: 2D and 3D Motion Graphics Designer

Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a multinational entertainment company. Our respected client is seeking a Motion Graphics and Video Specialist who would play a crucial role in crafting compelling visual experiences and driving engagement as the company expand their marketing efforts and bring captivating content to life. This role will report into the Group Head of Marketing and will also support international accounts. Work setup is Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm at One Paseo, Arcovia City, Pasig City.

Responsibilities and essential job functions:
Conceptualize, design, and produce captivating motion graphics, video content, and animations that align with the brand's vision and marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the country teams to understand project briefs and create compelling visual stories that resonate with our target audience.
Create dynamic video content for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
Utilize industry-standard software (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality motion graphics and video projects.
Ensure a cohesive visual identity and consistent brand messaging across all video and animation projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and adhere to project timelines and budgets.
Maintain and organize video assets and project files for easy access and future use.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in 2D and 3D motion graphics, video editing, and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Solid understanding of storytelling, visual communication, and design principles.
Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to provide a link to own portfolio.
