Job offer: Multimedia Designer

Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting for a multinational medical device company seeking a Multimedia Designer to support the Sales and Marketing team in developing designs and artwork aligned with company strategy to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design innovative visuals for online and offline media, participating in the entire design process from ideation to final execution.
• Provide design support across APAC regions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and brand management teams to create designs that align with business objectives.
• Apply knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, and eCommerce fundamentals, including platform use and consumer behavior.
• Stay current with design trends and best practices to create impactful brand assets.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure cohesive design alignment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in final art design or graphic design, especially for eCommerce.
• Proficient in design and image editing software, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
