Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest property management companies in the Philippines. Our respected client is seeking for a Procurement Head who has a relevant experience in procurement. This position requires an onsite work setup in Makati City.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Plan and Strategize the day to day procurement activities of the company.
* Obtain proposal/quotes/bids from suppliers, contractors and service providers.
* Facilitate and conduct of e-bidding.
* Collate and review the accuracy of the monthly procurement report .
* Develop and manage partnering agreements with vendors/contractors/service providers
* Review procurement related ISO entries
* Perform other administrative functions such as budget preparation and control, manpower staffing, checking and approval of procurement administrative functions.
Key job requirements include:
* Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Related Course
* Procurement certification obtained from IPSCM, PSIM, or PASIA is an advantage
* Has at least 10 years of experience in the field.
* With 5-8 years or more relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and/or General/Cost Accounting is a must.
* Knowledgeable in Accounting, SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Safety Awareness
* With good communications skills (Oral and Written)
* Amenable to work in Makati.
