How do i get my Certificate of full payment? i got a regular cremation 4 plan last Feb 6 2002, worth P21,180. i paid for it in annual installments and have been fully paid since Jan 18, 2006. My CPA # is ******** - 2. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.
