Question for Greenwoods Home Owners Association Incorporated

I have contacted the office in Greenwood's Village every day since Friday last to schedule grass cutting. Each time they say either tomorrow am or pm. for instance the grass was supposed to be cut this am - but alas still not cut ??? Why can't they schedule the grass to be cut on the Last Friday of the month, it is now coming up for 7 weeks since it was last cut.
When I contact the office, they apologize and say tomorrow am or pm - but no show???
