Question for College Assurance Plan (CAP) - Region 6 (Capiz)

May I knew the status of educational plan? Our money we deposited in your company will be back for us ? Since I read the news that the company giving back the money we deposited in the company may I knew what's the requirement ? And how about if it's not fully , still we can get our money back ?
