Question for Landbank - Iligan City, Lanao del Norte

I would like to inquire about opening an account, i have two valid I'ds one is a driver's License addressed in Sta. Rosa Laguna, second is my employment Id, which is addressed in MSU Marawi, i wonder if i can open my account, some of my friends told me the people in Marawi isnt still allowed. And if so, when can i?
