Question for Philpost - Tagbilaran City Post Office

Can you please tell me if you have received a package (id RA********AU), which was sent from Australia on June 22, to Jagna, Bohol.- Last scan on tracking was July 19, and Philippine Post told me to deal with Tagbilaran PO, as it has been forwarded there.
