Question for Sun Life Financial Philippines - Ortigas Customer Center

Hi Good Morning. I just want to ask the status of my Sunlife Life insurance. I loaned a money before I think it's 10K and until now I haven't paid yet to Sunlife. Please advise what I need to do to continue my Life insurance.
