Question for PADPAO Region-6 Training Academy, Inc.

May i know where to report about the behaviour of the securityguard assigned here in regent pearl dc-3 because right now the guards here drinking beers together with some friends ....while on duty.....they siad they belong to silver wings agency ..which i do not find when i searched in google....thank you and hope you can extend help.
