Question for Smart Wireless Center - Sm City San Lazaro

Hello!i applied and submitted a full requirement last Sunday July 30 at sm san lazaro for a plan 599 samsung s8 for the phone.Yesterday i receive an email saying that my requirements are incomplete thats why my application is on pending.May i know the status and whats wrong
