Question for Honda Prestige Traders Edsa

Just to verify if the registration and plate already available to pick up for the Honda Beat purchased by our company(Phils Urban Living Solutions) last May 24,2017 on this branch?And since the unit is already 3 months now do it will need now to change its oil even it already runs at 255 kilometer only?How much is the cost of the oil?
