Question for St. Peter Life Plan Inc. Head Office

I'm Junel V. Urge Im from Hilongos Leyte. Under Baybay office. I'm withdrawing my membership as plan holder. I already complete my requirements fully paid and this month August 2017 Im 10 years. It's mature. and baybay office let me sign the voucher worth 30,000. But Why is it in actually they give me A check worth 16,000 only? It say that there is no deduction.. Please conferm I need the answer right now.
