Question for Philpost - Cebu Capitol Post Office

Good am..how can i get my packge? A representative have gone twice in the post office and the in-charge is not around. Can somebody take charge on this. I am in iligan city right now and it is very imposible for me to go to cebu then wala ako maabutan
