Question for INTERNATIONAL CORRESPONDENCE SCHOOLS

I am enrolled at ICS years ago sometimes in early 1990s and already received lessons through mail but unfortunately cut-off because of financial constraints and serious personal problems. just asking if I can continue my course enrolled years ago. I believe I still a record in your school.
