Question for Philpost - Mandaluyong Post Office

Good day! I have some queries to make.,I applied for sss umid id last march 2016 unfortunately we transferred to bulacan after a month and been busy working here then I remember my unclaimed umid id so I emailed sss then they told me to contact the nearest philpost in my place my question is pwd po ba ipa deliver s bgong address ko Ung umid id kung nsa philpost pa ito sbi kse ng sss nsa philpost n dw kse na release nsa ng aug 2016.
