Question for Philpost - Naga City Post Office

Hi..i send a watch in speedpost last oct.18,2017 hongkong post office said 3 to days only deliver alrwady to the reciever but why until now not yet recieve.my place was in impig,sipocot camarines sur.pls tsk my items.hope no one interest.
