Question for Pacific Memorial Plan

My husband virgilio v. Valdoria paid fully his Pacific Memorial Plan on Nov.02 1990 with Pre- Need Contract No. ********-2 with the price of 5000 , x- Garnet . I want to know where is the main office in Lucena .it was stated in the contract that the main office is in Binondo Manila. Do you think we can still avail of what is in the contract? The owner is still alive but we want to get the cash back if possible for i think the servicing Mortuary in Lucena , the Popular Memorial Chapels is not existing any ore. May I know if there is alternative servicing Mortuary? Please let me know what i should do ? Thank you ang waiting for your reply
