Question for R. FLORETE PAWNSHOP & JEWELRY

Is it acceptable that you accept jewelries with just a name on a receipt without providing i.d. and just say you made considerations but when we are about to get the item you ask for an i.d?. Unfair. ! We are going to pay it and we have the receipt and photos of that item. But then your empoyee didnt accept it..
